Canada Post Strike Update

 UPDATE DEC. 9: 

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, our courier partner Purolator has temporarily halted shipments.

Pickups have been suspended since December 5 due to capacity issues arising from the Canada Post strike.

 

UPDATE DEC. 2:

We wanted to keep you informed about a potential delivery delay that might affect some of our orders being shipped to certain remote areas or PO boxes in Canada.

This is due to an ongoing labor strike at Canada Post, which is the only courier servicing these locations. For most orders, there will be no delays, but for those affected, shipments will be held at the nearest hub until Canada Post resumes regular operations.

To minimize disruptions, we are working to reroute shipments through Purolator. If you’re shipping to a PO Box, we recommend using an alternative address to ensure timely delivery.
