Once you've placed an order, our talented design team starts crafting your unique artwork. This creation process usually takes 1-2 business days. During weekends, holidays, or busy periods, the design phase may extend.
For each design, we involve you in the process by emailing a preview for your approval. You can approve the design, request modifications, provide a new photo, or even opt for a different background. This ensures the final artwork is perfectly tailored to your liking. Please note that revisions or changes might extend the creation process.
Communication is key to a smooth creation process. We encourage customers to respond promptly to our emails, especially for design approval, to avoid any delay in the overall delivery time. If you haven't received an email, kindly check your spam or promotion inbox. For any communication issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your design is approved, we move to the shipping phase. All Fabulous Portrait orders are shipped with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number via email as soon as it's available. Our US orders are shipped from our facility in Detroit, MI.
Do note that during the busy holiday period (Nov/Dec), delivery services may face delays due to the surge in parcel volume. We appreciate your understanding in this.
Estimated Delivery Times (after design approval):
- US Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
- US Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days
- Rest of World: 6 - 10 business days
- US Standard shipping: $9.95
- Orders $99 + : FREE
- US Expedited shipping: + $2.95
- Rest of world: $14.95
For orders with multiple items, they may be shipped separately. If an item hasn't arrived within 3 business days of the first delivery, please contact us.
From time to time, we offer the 'skip the queue artwork creation' option to speed up the creation process by moving your order to the front of the line. Please note that this option doesn't affect the shipping time.
If a design requires a new photo, this can extend the production time. However, our team will ensure that any changes meet your approval and maintain the quality of our work.
