Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If any of the following issues occur, we will replace your product free of charge:

  • Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will send you a new personalized product.
  • Print Errors: If there is a print error or defect on your product, we will replace it at no cost.
  • Wrong Product or Size: If you receive the wrong item or size compared to what was ordered, we will correct it immediately.

To process a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the damage or print issue. This helps us investigate and ensure quality control.

Order Cancellations

If you have recently placed an order and changed your mind, you can cancel free of charge before the product is shipped. Since we only proceed with production once you have approved your artwork, we guarantee you’ll love the final result!

Photo Quality and Artwork Creation

We create your artwork using the photo you submit with your order. To achieve the stunning results you see on our website, please ensure the photo meets our quality guidelines. If the submitted photo does not meet our standards, we will reach out to request a higher-quality image before starting your design.

Important Photo Guidelines:

  • Blurry, low-resolution images may result in lower-quality artwork.
  • We cannot edit expressions such as adding a smile or closing/opening eyes but can adjust details like red-eye removal or minor color corrections.

Please note that the samples on our website were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. To achieve similar results, it is important that you upload a clear, high-quality photo.

If you have any special requests or instructions for your artwork, please include them with your order or contact us directly via email or chat. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee all edits will be possible.
